Simple banana nut muffins are very quick and easy to make. They just need a handful of ingredients. They make a healthy, tasty, and quick snack or breakfast on the go, especially for busy days. The best part of homemade muffins is no preservatives! You can add chocolate chips if you like. Nuts of different kinds can be added as well.
How I made the banana nut muffins ?
Since there was a demand for both varieties at my home, I made some of them without the chocolate chips by adding them in the batter later. After the muffin trays with batter and nuts were filled, added a few chocolate chips to some of them. The joys of the aroma that fills the home while baking these delicious muffins is just awesome. The addition of coffee in this recipe is optional and you can skip it if you don’t like the taste.
Hope you are inspired to try these quick and easy muffins. Some other muffins on my site are blueberry muffins and cranberry muffins. They are all very easy to make and can be had for breakfast as well. Do check out Enjoy!
