Ingredients:

  • 1 package Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix, oats, almonds, cranberries, butter and egg until well blended. Gently stir in blueberries. Scoop 2 rounded tablespoons dough and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet. Press down slightly.
  3. Bake 9-11 minutes.
  4. Serving Size: Makes 18 cookies, 2 cookies per serving
