Ingredients:

  • 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 2 sticks of melted butter
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Into a 9 x 13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray pour cherry pie filling
  3. Pour pineapple, with juice, over pie filling
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix over pineapple, lightly spreading it to distribute evenly
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over cake mix
  6. Sprinkle coconut and almonds over cake
  7. Bake 1 hr.
