The goats cheese brings out the beautiful natural flavours of smoked salmon, seasoning it naturally with just the right amount of salt while adding a creamy texture to your palate. The sharp flavour of the rocket — or arugula — compliments it so well, and putting it all on a warm and toasty English Muffin completes me. Or you. Or us both.

- 50 g | 2oz (2 slices) smoked salmon, halved
- 2 tablespoons goats cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic olive oil , divided
- 1 english muffin , haves and toasted
- Fresh rocket leaves/arugula
Build english muffin with smoked salmon, crumbled goats cheese, rocket leaves/arugula and drizzle with the oil.
