Ingredients
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1½ cup sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
- With an electric mixer on medium, beat butter for 1 minute. Beat in sugar, bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add cake flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat for 2 minutes. Add plain low-fat yogurt.
- Spoon batter into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done. Frost.
